I currently have a work permit and leave to remain till 2005 with the present job. The new employer said thay they would apply for a 5 year work permit. I understood that I don't have to cancel my present job until I get approved my new WP. However, after it is approved i'll have to wait for 10 weeks for the leave to remain. Is it possible that I will not receive the new leave to remain and basicly be jobless?? Can I postpone the cancelation of the my current job until I receive the leave to remain for the new one? I would be really thankful if anyone can help ! |
