Hi,

I am an indian ,having 2 years work permit along with stamped visa in passport. I wish to bring my wife and one year old daughter to uk.What all documents she may required to attend an interview on consulate at chennai.Please reply me.Thanks in advance

This question gets asked frequently in this forum and the answer is always the same: do NOT rely on other people for these important matters. Go to the source, that is, the UK consulate where they'll be applying, because requirements do vary per country. Contacting them is the only way to get accurate information. See <<this page>>.

Hi Shankaran

To obtain a dependent visa in Indian consulate, u have to bring the marriage certificate which is important, u have to show the tenacy agreement in UK on ur name. these two are important. My friend has also done these things to bring his wife from India. Hope this information is enough.

It is UK Consulate in India
