A Tier 1 (inter-company transfer) WP will now be applied for by the company. I am told that obtaining the WP (inter-company transfer) is relatively straightforward. Is this the case, do you think? Does it matter that I am at an intermediate (4.5 years experience) level, not senior level? How long (approx.) does it take to obtain the WP? After much work, I am finally at this point and would like an expert's perspective. Thanks, C.H.

I myself came to the UK on an intra-company transfer work permit. It took about 5 days for the permit to be issued and that was it.
