I had my work permit rejected because the employer did not advertise the job properly.

Now my future employer is advertising the post and will apply again once it followed all advertising rules.

This is the question !!CAN HO reject my application again due to lack of work experience i had !

In July 2002 i graduated from A UK University with Masters degree.

I do not have any work experience, just 6 months there and that but nothing major.

Can that be reason for HO to reject my 2nd application even though company wants me very much.

I speak many languages and the company finds that as unique.

Also my UK degree is also strong factor.

Please help !

A degree or work experience qualifies you for a work permit. In other words, you've got nothing to worry about.
