muk2002 Junior Member Member # 6310 | Posted November 28, 2002 02:12 PM I am a UK citizen. My wife is Swiss. We got married last summer and we live in the UK. I know Swiss citizens are now treated like EAA citizens. My understanding is that EAA citizens can live in the UK with no immigration restrictions, unless they intend to apply for UK citizenship which my wife isn’t planning to do. The question is: does my wife have to apply for marriage visa to live in the UK? Many thanks. |
