please, i will appreciate your advice. I am about graduating from a uk university with a masters degree, i am worried about the hassles of going through the work permit route. i have calculated the possible points i can gather on the HSMP, and i think i can make 50 from education and work experience. the only problem is that before i left nigeria in october 2001 i was earning N600,000 PER ANNUM, this is a lot then, but is nowhere compared to the £15,000 requirement for the balance of the 25 points. although i am sure if i were to go back home now, i wouldnt be earning the former salary, what do i do concerning this.if workpermit.com can help officially i dont mind paying the cost.

The best way is to contact workpermit.com by sending them an email, am not sure but I think their contact address for HSMP queries is hsmp@workpermit.com

If your former salary was less than the £15,000 requirement, HSMP is simply not an option and you need to find a job with an employer who will get you a work permit.
