A couple of things:

1. Don't use CAPS. It looks as if you are SHOUTING!!!

2. If you can get 75 points across the HSMP scoring categories you are eligible to apply for HSMP. The grant of HSMP is subject to submiting a proper application including documentation substantiating the points you claim such as degrees, employer reference letters etc.

3. Processing times are dependent on whether the application is in country or from overseas and more importantly on the submission of a proper application with complete documents to prevent delays by Requests for further information from the HSMP processing team. However as a guidance complete in country applications are processed within one week.

Few weeks back HSMP team was telling that it would take anywhere between 2-6 weeks for processing an incountry application this month.
