It looks like Marcel (JMF) is paid for his/her postings. So, let us permit those 2 guys to do their jobs: for Marcel to post his/her bushtit and for moderator to check this forum and remove Marcel’s posts. May be I just remember former Soviet Union, but I really thing Marcel is working hard to prove his salary.

Marcel76,

Since you didn't answer the question, I agree with WH431 and Subbukwt that you are probably the former JavaMainFrame (JMF), now deactivated by the Administrator. I asked JMF the same question in September and got an interesting response:

JavaMainFrame,

Do you have a green card? I was wondering, why do you want to leave the USA?

You hit me in the center of my heart.
I have spent 8 years working in IT sector in USA illegally.
I am fed up my situation and the fact that my employer did not want to file for a green card or visa for me.
I have not been able to change an employer because nobody wanted to sponsor me under 245-(i). I offered a couple Indian vendors $50,000 for substitution of beneficiary but they refused to adjust my status and get a green card for me because they were racist.
It is difficult to look for a job and live while being a slave of one American employer who is happy that I bring him profit and I will never leave him.
There is an escape from this frigxxxxng situation which is May 1st 2004. I will be free on that day.

Even liars tell the truth sometimes, and we can all learn from them. Perhaps this is an example (when both JMF and Marcel76 want/need to leave the USA quickly) where the UK immigration authorities could learn from the USA authorities on how to tighten up inforcement of the immigration and work rules.
