| kim2004 Junior Member Member # 6512 | Posted January 27, 2004 01:52 PM hi all, The HO website says : "THIS GRACE PERIOD HAS NOW ENDED - AFTER 13 JANUARY 2004, IF AN OVERSEAS NATIONAL ARRIVES AT A UK PORT WITHOUT ENTRY CLEARANCE THEY MAY BE REFUSED ENTRY."
1-If am already in UK and a work permit holder, and i went on holiday, will they let me back in ?or i need to do something before? 2- and how about if i went to my country and got a new passport? do i need clearance then? or i can show my old passport on return to UK ? Thanks a lot for your help |

Your old passport with unexpired LTR + new passport should be enough.
