| hsmphopeful Member Member # 7477 | Posted February 24, 2004 04:20 PM I wonder if this new procedure is part of what the team is doing to deal with the unexpected increase in the number of applications. Perhaps they photocopy whatever they need when a caseworker is assigned, send back the originals and set the decision-making machine in motion. When they arrive at a decision it is communicated. Any other ideas/viewpoints/guesses? |
