There is no provision in the immigration rules for entry to the UK as the spouse of a Working Holiday Maker. Effectively the rules require both spouses to meet the criteria of WHM visa where an application is received from a married person. Likewise there is no provision in the rules for a fiance/ee to join you in the UK unless you are settled within the meaning of the immigration acts i.e. UK permanent resident, British Citizen, person with the right of abode or EEA National with an unconditional right of residence in the UK under EU treaty laws. There is no scope for the consideration of your application outside the immigration rules unless there are the most compelling or compassionate reasons. Your fiance/spouse should try and get their own WHM or other visa to be with you in the UK.

Good Luck
