My stays would be under 90 days, and all my work would be for US clients (no salary in France). Would I need a work permit or commercial card for this type of work? thanks |
| Elfa Member Member # 5 | Posted October 24, 2001 02:18 PM Hi Gregory This is a tough question, although you probably would not require a work permit for this type of business activity, as long as you were not doing any kind of work on a French company's site that a French or EU national could do. It might be worth applying for a commercial card, however, since then you could "freelance" without worrying about breaking any laws.
