Bella-Emma Junior Member Member # 1471 | Posted January 11, 2002 11:45 AM I am an Austarlian in Holland with a 12 month work visa. I have a visa in my passport; registered at the gemeentehuis, and the vreemdelingendienst(still being processed -5 months-); and I have obtained a SoFi-nummer. Is this enough to work legally? Do I need an additonal work permit issued in NL? Response would be greatly appreciated. Bedankt! -------------------- EMMA |

Elfa Member Member # 5 | Posted January 21, 2002 05:56 PM Hi Emma If you have a Working Holiday Visa for the Netherlands as an Australian citizen, including a SoFi number, then you definitely have the right to work. You should have no problem in getting a temporary job in Australia. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Regards Elfa -------------------- Elfa Kere, Consultant |
