I am planning to get immigration to some country. I dont have a job offer. It is possible to apply to Canada for Immigration as a freelance IT Professional without a job offer. But it takes around 14 to 18 months for Immigration, which i feel is too long. Is there anyother country to which i can apply for immigration without a job offer & IT is good.
