Once you would have worked for the UK company for 12 months, you will be recognized "an established member of their workforce". As such, some EU countries (but not all!) would be ready to grant you a 'van der Elst visa' to enable you to work there on your UK work permit for up to six months. I would advise you to contact the relevant country's Embassy or Consulate in the UK for more information on the subject; or write to <country>@workpermit.com.
