sumit Junior Member Member # 1839	Posted January 31, 2002 07:42 PM I have heard that wife can work on work permit of her husband. ie she doesnt need to have a separate work permit to work in UK. Is this true? What will happen if husband's employment terminates for some reason? Presume the expiry of work permit is 2 years ahead. Does the wife need to get one immediately or she can work for next two years on husband's work permit though husband is without job??? I am really confused on this.
