pills Junior Member Member # 1910 | Posted February 05, 2002 11:22 AM Hi, my company is getting me a van der elst visa to go to germany on a 5 month duration software development project. During this period of secondment, my salary will continue to be paid in UK (where I am currently on a Work Permit)and my tax deducted at source - would I need to pay any additional income tax in Germany also? Any inputs on this would really be appreciated. pills |
Marcis Member Member # 4 | Posted February 07, 2002 02:53 PM Hi, As you will continue to pay your taxes in the UK, and both Germany and the UK are EU countries, you won't have to pay taxes in Germany. Best wishes -------------------- Marcis Gobins, Consultant |
