I will be travelling to the US in April to marry my boyfriend. I will then return to Belgium while my husband applied for my green card. He will alsofile for a k3 visa so that I can return to US to live as soon as possible. I undeerstand I will receive the K3 visa from the Belgian consulate office. Please can somebody advise me of how long it would take on the Belgian side, assuming the file for the k3 is filed in April? Thankyou for your help |
