I am a green card holder in Greece. Can I travel in EU countries /short stay, 5-7 days/ without visa?

If you have a Greek visa or residence permit stamped in your passport, you may freely travel the Schengen area without applying for any additional visa.

The Schengen area includes the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Cheers,
