hi,
i'm a japanese national, currently finishing with a Masters degree in USA. what are the possiblity for me to obtain some kind of work permission in the Netherlands and France? (i heard about the japan-france working holiday)
my field of expertise is Architecture.

yes, I believe that France has a Working Holiday scheme with Japan, which would allow you to work in France casually for up to one year. Check with the French Embassy for further requirements on this type of visa. For the Netherlands, you will need to have a job offer and employer sponsorship before your employer can apply for a work permit on your behalf.
