dear sirs,

I am a non-eu person and want to marry with an eu person. So can I have an eu passport and nationality if i marry with an eu person?
if that happens, how long it's proocess take time?

Hi,

Depends on the country. In principle, you may become a citizen of an EU country after marrying a national, but different EU countries have different additional requirements. For example, Germany requires eight years residence before you can apply for post-nuptial citizenship, whereas Ireland has no residence requirement for persons married to Irish Citizens.

after 3 years maried to belgum you are intaitel to belgum passport.
