I have applied for so many jobs that match my skills and Experience in Europe through the Internet but my request was rejected just because of the fact that I do not posses a Work Permit. I'm afraid there is no easy way. You just have to keep on trying. If you have skills that are in high demand, chances are sooner or later you'll find a company willing to sponsor you for a work permit.
