" Arbeid loondienst bij *********. Arbeid vrij toegestaan.TWV niet vereist.Beroep op publeke middelen kan gevolgen hebben voor verblijfsrecht"

What this means in Dutch RP?? Can I change my Employer ?? Even I am here for past 3 years,Still I have to renew my RP each Year.
As per the FP, the PR will be issued only after 5 years.Do anybody know about these things.

You have the right to work in NL now without having to apply for a work permit. Ie you can change employer at will. You do not however have recourse to public funds yet - If you lose your job you cannot claim social security yet. Not sure on the rules but I think you only get that after 5 years...
