superfly Junior Member Member # 3881 | Posted June 14, 2002 04:24 PM Hi! I have been legally employed as a consultant in Spain for two years now. I am not from the EU. If my company wanted to send me to do work for a client in the UK, would I be able to get a van der Elst visa for this? Does the UK home office recognize van Der Elst or would I have to apply at the home office for a visa? Thanks, SF |
Marcis Member Member # 4 | Posted June 19, 2002 02:23 PM Hi, Yes, you should be elibible for a UK van der Elst visa then. I would recommend you to post your question to our UK meessage board though, or e-mail it directly to: ukvisa@workpermit.com.
