I’m not Irish, but my great great grandparents were. I just want to change my life. I have living money but would want some shit Job/Non professional so I could stay for about 1 year.

Is this a hard task?

yeah, you'll have a problem finding jobs, because you need a work permit to be able to work here - great grand-whatever does not count

Hey,

Just wanted to say that although it may be difficult to find sponsorship and get a work permit in Ireland, it's not altoghter impossible. I'm a Canadian Citizen with no Irish background at all, and now have a work permit pending for a job in Ireland. If you want it bad enough, and if it's meant to be, it'll happen! The job I got is nothing spectacular (receptionist in a hotel), but I wasn't about to be picky. Anyways, just wanted to share that with you. Good luck to you in your job hunt!

Peggy
