When I tell them that work permit is only granted after I get a job, then they simply refuse to go ahead. My question is "how can someone get a job in Germany or any other European country while stationed in some other country? How do people do it? Is it that these people go through some agents in their home countries? I see people on this board who do not have a job but have a work permit? Is there something fishy about it?
