Denim Junior Member Member # 3709	Posted August 03, 2002 09:48 PM Hi, I am on workpermit and recently got married to Portugees national, Me and my wife, we are in UK at the moment and marriage took place here as well can anyone tell me what exactly do i need to do e.g. Will it be same process like marrying to british or there are different rules for EEA nationals ? (e.g. for british i think its, after marriage 12 months visa then Indefinite Stay) in EEA nationals case, how long my first visa will be and how long do i need to be here to get Indefinite Stay in UK, afterwards if we still resides and work in UK can i apply for british passport rather then Portguees ? in last which documents do i need to submit to get first visa ? I will apperciate if anyone can help me Thanks Deni
