I got austria work permit, can I work in Holland?

Hi,

No, you would require a seperate Dutch work permit.

However, once you would have worked in Austria for 12 months, your Austrian employer may temporarily assign you on a project in the Netherlands (for up to 6 months), and you would then not require a Dutch work permit (van der Elst case).

But even then, if you would switch employers or stay in the Netherlands for more than 6 months, you'd have to apply for a Netherlands WP.

Why don't you just work in Austria? Living standard & pay in Austria is higher and social security better than Holland.
