I saw the following remark about freelance contracting in Belgium on the website suggesting that i contact workpermit.com for more information. Can anyone give me more information about this?

"The need for employer sponsorship means that being a freelance contractor is not normally possible other than in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Some of the few exceptions to this are

Belgium and Sweden will grant permission for those who combine technical and commercial experience/expertise to enter as freelance professionals. For details please contact us (we apologise for the present lack of on-line guidance over this area)."
