can a work visa/permit holder qualify for a permanent resident visa holder? if yes, what are the requirements?


how long does a work visa holder have to stay in Ireland to qualify for a permanent resident applicant/visa holder?

There is no such thing at this time. However according to today's Sunday Business Post legislation to create a "green card" will be introduced next year. No details are available as yet.
