| Imagination92 Member Member # 5820 | Posted November 07, 2002 08:07 AM You can certainly apply for Canadian Immig. from UK, becasue student isa considered as temp. residence status. But before you do that, make sure that you will be in UK untill your application processed(approx 1yr)more or less because if they call you for interview, its your responsibilty to present yourself in canadian embassy in UK, otherwise your case will be send to India and you ahve to start form skratch.
