mreinsteinus Junior Member Member # 5737	Posted February 22, 2003 01:30 PM a colleague of mine applied for a work permit transfer to another company.. same role transfer, other company is well established, been around for 5 years.. the application was filed in the 3rd week of Jan, he is yet to receive his approval letter. when he called up the home office , he was told the case officer has not made any decision.. no other reason was given.. any reasons for such a delay?can a transfer be rejected without any queries being asked? einstein
