If you move to Germany with your wife you will be permitted to work through an EU family permit scheme. There are beurocractic hurdles that will have to be cleared, but the spouse of an EU national can join that national in any EU country and work there. I am afraid I can't advise on what the procedure is. However, if your wife will not be residing in Germany with you then you are not entitled to any special treatment.

Thank you for your reply. We are thinking to go together to Germany so the solution you teach me would be good for us. Do you know how can I get more information about that process ? ... somebody told me time ago that I needed to have a job offer. But this is the same case that any other foreigner. My intention is to can access to all employers, included those that can't or don't want to do previous offers before know and try you ...

If you find a job, they will sponser you for a visa and you will have no problems. This depends on your qualifications and german knowledge. Your wife, as an EU citizen needs a residence permit (Aufenthaltstitalerlaubnis), but she is guarenteed this by law. Once she has this, you too should be able to recieve once since you are married. However, this only allows you to live in germany--not work. I dont know if you are married to an EU citizen if you are entitled to get a work visa. You have to check this with the govt or the consulate in your country.

Hi Epoussif,

All EU national are free to move within EU boundries and seek employment without any legal restrictions but moving doesnt automatically means that you can simply reside in a EU country with out fullfilling certain requiremets. One of which is that you should be able to finance yourself and your family without needing any support from public funds.

Let me put it in simple words. As a person married to a EU national and wanting to move to germany together with your wife you will have to show that your household income is sufficient for both of you. (this can mean that atleast one of you will need to show a employment or guaranteed source of income).
If you or ur wife can show that than there shouldnt be any problem in getting an initial 5 years residence permit called EU Familien pass, which after 5 years will be extended to an indefinite residence permit if your marraige with the EU national will be substaining.

So before you finalize ur plans for moving to germany make sure that you have some employment arrangement for either u or ur wife, so that u can get that 5 year family pass. Once u will get that residnce permit it doesnt matter if u keep ur job or give it up. secondly in oredr to survive in germany you will have to be able to speak german. secondly the job market situation in germany in very crap now a days thanx to ruling SPD party.

Hope i could be of some help to you. Best of luck.
