He still has one more year to finalise his studies back in Holland while I've just finished mine in NZ. Immigration law requires that he has a full time job or a huge bank account before he can apply for us to be reunited. Is there a faster way for us to be together? I'm not from the EU, nor am I from any country that the Netherlands makes it easier to migrate from. Have considered studying in Holland just to be with him but I'll just be a burden because I won't be allowed to work - any advice would be much appreciated!
