Hi,

I am a civil engr. working in Ireland with my family. My mother in law ( indian Passport holder)is nearly 70 years old and we would like to keep her with us as there is no one in India to take care of her.

I have applied for resident permit and i have told today ( after 6 weeks of waiting) orally by Irish Embassey in Dublin that her visa was rejected.

Does any one have similar experience or ideas to appeal it again.

I would really appreciate if any one could give some ideas or any ways of means to appeal her case again.

Thanking you in advance,

Best,
