| smg Junior Member Member # 7647 | Posted February 25, 2004 09:54 PM i just got married her in ireland and my wife is working in another county, we decided to be together so she did not renew her contract and find another job in my place. she applied in a hotel and they said they will process her permit but unfortunately the enterprise would not release a new permit. to make her stay legal, can i apply her as my dependent without going back to our own country? -------------------- -@-@- |
