I trained as an Enrolled Nurse in South Africa, this is recognised by the Australian Nursing Council, but not by DIMA as a skilled migrant entry.
I do not qualify for a youth visa.
Is there any other way to immigrate?
Would employer sponsorship be an option?
thanks.

Hi LA,

If you register with the Australian Nursing Council and your occupations is listed on the Skilled Occupations List, then DIMA should recognise your occupation as suitable for skilled migration. I would suggest you fill out our immigration appraisal form
available on our website at http://www.workpermit.co.uk/australia/appraisal_form.htm for more options on how you may be able to migrate.

Best regards,

Elfa
