Taking into consideration that there's no real intention to study , at least not now , but that is a gateway to immigration . Thank You

No, you can not apply for permanent residency as a student in Australia only AFTER you have completed your degree course in Australia can you submit your application.

So sorry, but this is not a gateway to applying for permanent residency.
