It took exactly 2 months to receive my asst .(from the date of miling my appln to the date of receipt of courier of my result.) It is a positive result. However, there is a little problem my name is not fully written and it is in shortened form. Earlier correspondence from them shows my full name and my file reference No. The reference number tallies and a little change (Venkata Siva L Nekkadapu instead of Venkata Siva Lakshmi Prasad Nekkadapu) in my name. I felt that is because of the computerised naming and it allowed only to some length of name . Whether DIMA will accept it? Earlier letter from CPA Aust showed my full name!! And I already have IELTS score. I only left with a few days to file at Mumbai , India.And it is told that they will take till 26th of October only. In these circumstances can any body help me in filling my appln? Of course I would pay the charge if it is reasonable. I , main applicant,only have passport and my wife and kids do not have and applied for them . Can we file appl without their passports? My doubts in application are as following: 1 Does my spouse(wife) need to fill a 47A , i am the main applicant? In 47SK 2.what is best option in item 21 where do u intend to live? 3.item 22 the value of money and assets u want to bring? 4.Item 45 The ages of parents not known they are not educated what to write? 5. Item 67 number of people in your appl. me,my wife and two kids should we write 4 or exclude main applicant and give 3? 6.Shoul we sign on each and every page (at bottom) of appln? me and my spouse? or me only? Because in page no 1 first column says must be signed by all persons who sign the form. 7.Is it ok if the reference letter addressed as towhom so ever it may concern? 8.What about documents in a language other than english? They are to be translated . But by whom ? Can I translate and get them notoried? Or any regd translaters would be there? 9.I am applying for skilled indp migrtn and are only 47SK and 1190 form to file or any other forms in addition to those?
