| KIWI Junior Member Member # 160 | Posted October 24, 2001 12:22 AM Could you tell me how long it takes to process a Defacto Relationship(same sex) Visa for the UK. My partner is from the UK and we plan to go back to the UK together in May 2002, at this time we would have been living together for two years. What is our first step to making the process? Do we wait till May 2002 to make the application or do we do it sooner? My partner is on a work permit and this expires also in May 2002, which is why we want to go to the UK, so we can still be together. Any advise or help would be much apprecaited.
