Hi again Vinod

The consultant meant that if you have permanent residency in Australia or if you have an employer willing to sponsor you in Australia, then he is willing to help you. Generally, employment agencies are not willing to help you find a job unless you already have work rights in Australia, which you can only get on the basis of your skills and qualifications, marriage to an OZ/NZ citizen or PR, or on the basis of having a job offer and employer sponsorship in Australia. I hope this explains things!
