I scored 125 on the points test (110 pass) According to www.workpermit.com, it can take 6-12 months to process the visa. Does it always take this long? If my points are 125, does this help, might it get done quicker than that?

It might be done quicker, but on average it takes about eight months total. We prepare the tightest case possible for you so that the processing times are reduced to the minimum.
