I AM WORKING ERP CONSULTANT IN INDIA. SAME COMPANY HAVING BRANCH IN SINGAPORE ALSO. PRESENT I AM WORKING SINGAPORE NOW MY COMPANY IS READY TO SPONSER AS A BUSINESS CORDINATOR IN AUSTRALIA. THEY WANT START SOFTWRE DEVELOPMENT IN AUSSTRALIA. WHAT TYPE OF VISA CAN I APPLAY. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?. I ALREADY STARTED PROCESS SOME OTHER COMPANY FOR UK. IF I AM STARTED PROCESS AUSTRALIA ALSO IN BUSINESS VISA MEANS IS THERE ANY PROBLEM? IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET BOTH VISAS. IF MY PROCESS IS REJECTED UK OR AUSTRALIA IS THERE ANY PROBLEM FOR OTHER PROCESS OR STAMPING? IF OUR COMPANY START NEW BUSINESS IN ASUTRALIA MEANS WHAT IS THE POSTION OF MY SELF IN NEW COMPANY OF AUSTRALIA? IS A PARTNER OR EMPLOYEE? IS THERE ANY CLASH BETWEEN TWO PROCESS FOR UK AND AUSTRALIA. If you have further queries please contact me on australia@workpermit.com Applying for a visa for Australia should not conflict with applying for a visa for the UK. You will probably need to apply for a Long-Stay Temporary Business Visa under the Independent Executive category on the basis of starting a business in Australia. This would allow you to reside in and manage your company in Australia for up to four years, with an option to apply for permanent residency if your business in successful. You will need to invest at least AUD$250,000 in the business. For further details I suggest you look at our website or contact me directly. Applying for a visa for Australia should not conflict with applying for a visa for the UK.
