Some assessing authorities take into consideration applicants with certain occupations (i.e. Computing Professionals, General Managers) who have several years of work experience and no degree. It really depends on your nominated occupation. I am afraid if you don't have a degree and you work in the sectors you mentioned, then you should have a close family member in Australia who is willing to sponsor you.
