Hi Patel

You can sponsor your parents for migration to Australia if you are one of the only living close relatives to your parents, if they have more children living in Australia than outside of Australia, and if you can sponsor and assure them. However, there is a quota on the number of individuals that can be let in to Australia under the Parent Migration category, and therefore waiting lists can be at least five years. I am not sure if this is easier for the US - perhaps you could post your message on the US board?

Hope this helps,

Elfa

hi Patel

Unfortunately, if your younger brother is living with your parents outside of Australia, then it is highly unlikely you will meet the family balance test.

More information about this category can be found by contacting DIMA.

Best regards
