I have been working in call centers for the past 2 years and currently I am looking for openings in New Zealand or Australia. My Educational Qualifications include 3 Years Of Hotel Management from IHM Calcutta, India. I have worked in both technical / non - technical call centers. However, currently I am interested in technical call center as I the process that I am working in, is related to one of the largest computer manufacturers in the world (for their desktop division).
