Hi all,

I'm about half way thru my Aussie immigration paperwork (hopefully half way thru), and i was wondering if anyone has found any resources for helping new aussies find their feet.

For example, I've heard that i have to be in work for 3 months(?) before i can apply for a mortgage. Is that correct?

Also, will my UK drivers license be accepted or will i have to take another test?

ALSO, (hehe) does anyone have any previous experience with international hauling companies?

It's just little things like that really, but i would be a great help if someone could help!

Thanks, hope to hear from someone soon.

Si
