It says he is suitable, knowledge is What bothers me is the line in the assesment - "I would judge that this Does it mean that he has to have 12 months of experience after that date or Does this date in the results mean anything? |
Hem Member Member # 677 | Posted January 19, 2002 06:54 PM Hi I was curious to know how long it took for results of the RPL assesment to come. Can you be kind enough to post your time line on it. Thanx & Appreciate it. -------------------- regards |
Witt Member Member # 567 | Posted January 19, 2002 10:24 PM quote: as far as i remember - it was sent to them in the beginning of November, they received it on 6th, then around 20th of December they asked for a more detailed reference from one of the employers, they received it in Jan 3rd, and sent the result on 7th, was received here on 17th Jan. Pure time a bit longer than 6 weeks. |
Elfa Member Member # 5 | Posted January 22, 2002 01:10 PM HI The date of attainment is very important as your friend should have at least 12 months of IT experience from that date before applying. However, he could apply now and in the worst case the visa would only be granted earliest June 2002. To be on the safe side, I would apply closer to June of this year as Adelaide are taking only 4-6 months to process IT skilled apps anyway. Regarding RPL processing times, we can usually have a suitable skills assessment obtained within 4 to 6 weeks as we prepare the case as tight as possible to avoid the ACS requesting additional documentation Hope this helps!
