hi. i have close family in australia, they have been out there for 29 years now. they are the only family i have left now, so i was wondering what my chances are of myself, my 9 year old daughter, and my fiance, of emigrating to australia to be with them. i would appreciate it if you would give me some advice on this matter, thank you.

If your family ( Blood relation ) can sponsor you, then you will certainly will be able to migrate to Australia

Hi Sandi

Unfortunately, that is not necessarily true what Thiru has advised.

If you qualify for migration to Australia under the Skilled categories, then a parent, sibling, aunt or uncle could sponsor your application for migration to Australia, allowing you to claim additional points.

If you are considering permanent residency under this category I would advise
you to see our website for our new self-assessment points
calculator: http://www.workpermit.com/australia/point_calculator.htm

If you are the last remaining relative of an aged relation in Australia, then you may be able to apply on this basis. However, you may need to qualify as the primary carer of this relative and would not be allowed to bring your fiance with you.

I would suggest you peruse our website for more details on various migration visas: www.workpermit.com/australia.htm

Hope this helps!
