Hi,
My fiance (Indian national) has a bachelors degree in Computer science, followed by a Masters degree in Computer Science from a reputed university in India.
She has been working in Singapore for the last 10 months, immediately upon her post graduation.
She does not want to claim points for MODL (which requires a minimum of 12 months experience in one area specified on the MODL list) and can get employer references for 10 months.
Would her application be affected if she has only 10 months experience?
I am under the impression that as long as her degrees are found to be comparable with related australian degrees, the application will be successful, is this correct?
Hoping to here from you soon.
Thanks and Regards
GGN

Hi GGN

You need to have atleast work exp of 12 of 18 months before applying under skilled independent immigration. further the degree should be IT major.

Hope this helps
